Conduct regular maintenance on heavy equipment machinery such as tower cranes and concrete.
Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper operation and compliance.
Offer technical support to customers and maintain good client relationships.
Make sure work is carried out in a safe way and that practices comply with safety regulations and procedures.
Those with chassis repair experience will be given priority.

Experience: 2-3 years preferably in the GCC in construction machinery repair.
Language: English.

Oversee the entire process in export/import, from document handling to the handover of the shipment to the import side, from receiving instructions to receiving goods in our warehouse or the specified destination, while ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
Follow up on Exit Documents and submit them to the customs authority in a timely manner.
Liaise with the warehouse team to verify the availability of products.
Review, select carriers, and negotiate contracts and the best rates to control logistics costs, achieve profitable arrangements, and mutual satisfaction.
Keep tabs on quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs/shipping quotes, and efficiency.
Coordinate with ports, customs, the Road and Transport Authority (RTA), and relevant government departments to ensure unhindered product transition.
Conduct necessary documentation and system updates.
